Terms of service

Last updated 22 September 2026

These terms are a contract between you and the operator of Flows. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written plainly on purpose; if anything is unclear, ask before you rely on it.

1. The service

Flows lets you describe business processes, connect third-party applications, and run automated workflows. It is operated by Nishy (“we”). Contact: hello@flows.nishy.space.

We may change features, add or remove connectors, and improve the assistant over time. We will not remove a feature you pay for without notice and a reasonable transition.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your sign-in secure. Team members you invite are bound by these terms through you.

3. Plans, trials and billing

The Free plan includes 10 runs a month and a 30-day trial that starts when you create your first workflow. When the trial ends, workflows pause until you choose a paid plan. Nothing is deleted.

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars in advance through Polar, our merchant of record, who handles payment, invoices, and applicable taxes. A run is one trigger firing once, through all of its steps. Unused runs do not roll over.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion except where the law requires them.

4. Connected apps and your data

When you connect a third-party app you authorise Flows to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. You are responsible for having the right to connect that account and to process the data your workflows touch, including any personal data of your customers.

You keep ownership of your workflow definitions and data. You grant us the licence needed to store and process them to provide the service. Our Privacy policy describes how we handle data.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Flows to send spam or unsolicited messages, to scrape or attack third-party services, to process data you have no right to, to infringe others' rights, or to break the law or the terms of the apps you connect. Do not attempt to access other customers' workspaces or to probe or disrupt the service.

We may suspend workflows or accounts that breach these rules, after notice where practical.

6. AI features

The assistant drafts workflows and explains failures using a large language model. Its output can be wrong. Review every workflow before turning it on and every suggested fix before applying it. You are responsible for what your workflows do.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Runs retry automatically on transient errors. Support is by email during Sri Lanka business hours, with best-effort response within one business day for paid plans.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that breach these terms or if we discontinue the service, with at least 30 days' notice in the latter case and a way to export your workflow definitions.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. We may update them; material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
