How the automation handles it

On the schedule you choose, the workflow calls any endpoint that returns JSON: your store's API, an analytics export, a published spreadsheet, or your own backend. Save an API key once under Connected apps if the endpoint needs one.

Claude reads the raw numbers and writes a short briefing that leads with anything unusual, such as a spike in refunds or a campaign that outperformed. It is prose you can read on a phone, not a table you have to decode.

It ships pointed at sample data, so you can switch it on immediately and see a real run before you change the URL to your own.
