Website form to email: instant lead alerts and auto-reply
When your form is submitted, you get the lead in your inbox within seconds and the prospect gets an instant thank-you from you.
Set up in about ten minutes. 10 runs a month free, no card.
The problem
Form submissions land in a shared inbox nobody watches, or in a dashboard nobody logs into. By the time somebody replies, the prospect has already spoken to a competitor who answered in ten minutes.
How the automation handles it
Point your website form at the private webhook URL this workflow gives you. Every submission is checked for a real email address, so bot spam stops at the door.
You get a clean email with the name, contact details and the message, formatted so you can reply straight from your phone. At the same time the prospect gets a short thank-you from your address, which buys you the rest of the day to respond properly.
Nothing to connect and nothing to configure. It uses the built-in sender, so it works the moment you switch it on.

Frequently asked
- Which form builders work?
- Any form that can send a webhook or POST request: Webflow, WordPress with a webhook plugin, Framer, Typeform, Tally, Jotform, or plain HTML. Your fields arrive as trigger.body.<field>.
- Can I change what the emails say?
- Yes. Open the workflow and tell the assistant, for example "mention our opening hours in the thank-you". It rewrites the step for you.
- Can it also log the lead to a spreadsheet?
- Yes. Connect your Google account under Connected apps, then ask the assistant to add the step. The template ships without it so it runs immediately.
- What does it cost?
- One run per submission. The Free plan covers 10 a month; Starter covers 2,000.
